BLAIR CHRISTIAN, a mid-range drug smuggler and bible salesmen is busted after his light twin engine plane crashes on the Texas/Mexican border with 400 pounds of pot.
While in prison, Blair wins a subscription to the Wall Street Journal and takes an interest in the EASY (more or less) LEGAL WAY to make money.
Barred from licensing as a Stock Broker, Blair sets himself up as a Stock Promoter and finds a new life promoting projects, scams and schemes without apparently any regulations or restrictions, the ultimate “Shell Game”.
We join Blair as his attorney, JAY DuPONT is reminding him that ignoring the regulations is not the same as there being no regulations and subsequently, he is being investigated by the Securities Exchange Commission and sought after by certain members of the Chicago mob with whom he has been doing business.
Knowing that he has no desire to be either detained or dead, Blair heeds the advice of counsel and relocates to the friendly, less regulated, more gullible land of Canada.
